All Events Include:

  • The use of all outdoor buildings and facilities

  • Day use of the home for preparation and getting ready (Beds may be used with overnight stay)

  • 100 white, plastic folding chairs

  • 10 rectangular tables

Alcohol Use Fee: $750 Per Day

In order to provide alcohol at the wedding, and additional $750 fee applies for extra staffing; in addition, the renter must obtain a licensed and insured bar tender service to serve alcohol on site.

Policies

    1. Heritage Park employees are not onsite all day, we are happy to work around your schedule to pick a check-in time, so we ask that you please be considerate and arrive at the time you have chosen. If something comes up, and you will not be able to make your check-in time, please call as soon as possible so we can rearrange our schedules to accommodate you.
      Late guests may be charged a fee to be deducted from the security deposit/credit card on file at the following rate: $50/Hr.

    2. Quite Time is 10:00 p.m. Heritage Park has neighbors, and we ask that you are respectful of them and adhere to this time.
      Failure to follow this rule will result in a fee of $100/Hr.

    3. Check-Out time is firm. If we can accommodate you for a late check-out, we are happy to arrange it, otherwise, we ask that you are completely checked out by the designated time, as our cleaning crew depends on it to prepare for the next guests.
      Late guests may be charged at a rate of $100/Hr.

    4. Decoration Guidelines are created to keep Heritage Park looking nice for everyone, so we ask that you adhere to these rules and clean up all decorations before departure.
      Damage/additional clean-up will be billed accordingly.

    1. While alcohol consumption is allowed at Heritage Park, we ask that drinking is kept under control. Guests that appear intoxicated and/or unruly will be asked to leave the premises with a sober driver. If a driver cannot be found, Heritage Park employee(s) will call the police department to remove intoxicated guests, and any fines or fees incurred will be the responsibility of the renter.

    2. Alcohol is only to be served to reception guests while a Heritage Park staff member is present. Please outline these times with your contact person. (hours above 6 will incur an additional fee of $40/hr.)

    3. There are no self-serve bars allowed at Heritage Park. All alcohol must be served by a licensed and bonded (insured) bar tender. Proof of licensures and insurance must be provided by the bartender or bartender service no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

    4. Additional alcohol coverage must be added to your event insurance. This makes sure that all parties (you, your bartender, and Heritage Park are each adequately covered for incidentals).

    5. Alcohol cut off time is 10PM. Last call will be 10 minutes before.

    6. A banquet permit is also required. The fee is $10 and can be issued through https://lcb.wa.gov/licensing/banquet-permits

    • Please use removable putty, small tacks, pins, or office size staples only on any surface & remove completely when done.

    • Hay is permitted only on the concrete or grass - not in the rocked areas.

    • Please do not use any chalk, spray chalk, or other materials to write on any surface (even those labeled washable)

    • Please refrain from using fishing line, as it is hard to see, often gets in the grass and tangles in our lawn mower.

    • Please place any candles on glass or other candle holders

    • Please do not use duct tape on any surface

    • Please do not stand on tables or chairs while decorating.

    • The use of hay/hay bails must be pre-approved & may incur additional cleaning fees
